MISSION STATEMENT
Born in Braslia, Brasil he moved to Washington DC and at a young age he knew he was put on this Earth to do business.
Marcos fell in love with Espresso after travelling through Europe, South and Central America and he enjoyed all of the little Cafés he visited.
Marcos has owned and Consulted over 50 Cafés in the Washington Metropolitan area and being a Customer Service specialist has been a contributing factor to his success.
Marcos is a Soccer and Travel Enthusiast , Husband, and devoted father to his Little Princess Victoria Maria. She is his life and knows one day she will take over the World!
After 10 years as a Customer Service Specialist in the Dental Industry Maria took to joining her husband in the family business. Cafés and Travelling Bean became a way of life and after 15 years life couldn’t be better.
Born in the USA but of Nicaraguan descent; Maria became passionate about coffee after visiting various Coffee Plantations in Nicaragua while visiting her family.
Getting to meet the families that worked these Plantations opened her eyes to the importance of Fair Trade practices in coffee business’ and she educates everyone she encounters about it.
Maria loves to travel, photography, fitness, reading, spa days and her French Bulldog, Maximus. The birth of her daughter Victoria Maria has brought a new perspective on life and everything she does is for her family. Victoria Maria is now 6 and making her Daddy proud as she is on her way to becoming an Amazing Barista and will one day take over the Family Business.
